Roasted Fennel

For 2 people.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bulb of fennel
  • 2 far cloves of garlic — sliced finely.
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180C.
  2. Finely slice the fennel and lay on a baking sheet, scatter over the garlic, rosemary and pour of some oil — don't drown it
  3. Roast for about 40 min until browned
