Scrambled Eggs

Serves 2. Cooking time: 5 min MAX.


  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 20 g butter
  • Toast
  • 1 Small non-stick saucepan
  • Wooden spoon


  1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, season with salt and pepper and gently beat
  2. Melt the butter in the non-stick pan over a medium heat let it fizzle a little but don't let it get too hot
  3. Put the bread in the toaster
  4. Add the beaten eggs and using your spoon continuously stir making sure you scrape the bottom of the pan. The eggs will start forming small lumps KEEP MIXING and it will start to look creamy and milky
  5. Remove from the heat and spoon onto the toast
