Trout Pate

Ingredients

  • 250 g smoked trout
  • 220 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp horseradish sauce
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.
  2. Divide between four small ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve with thin brown bread or toast.
