Trout Pate
Ingredients
- 250 g smoked trout
- 220 g cottage cheese
- 2 tsp horseradish sauce
- Juice of ½ lemon
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.
- Divide between four small ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with thin brown bread or toast.
