Cod With Chorizo

For 2 people. Cooking time: 20 min.


  • 2 pieces of cod (or any other white fish)
  • 6 slices chorizo cut into thin strips
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoning
  • A baking dish


  1. Pre heat oven to 150C
  2. Lay the fish into the pan with the chorizo and tomatoes
  3. Tear the basil leaves and place on top of the fish
  4. Season and drizzle some oil over everything
  5. Put in oven and will be ready in about 20 minutes — the fish will have turned opaque in colour.
  6. Serve with steamed potatoes and salad.
