Panfried Lemon Sole
For 2 people. Cooking time: 10 min
- 25 g melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sole fillets
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon
- Season the sole fillets on both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Melt the butter with the oil in a frying pan and when hot add the fish.
- Pan fry the fish until cooked — this will only take a few minutes and remove from the heat.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
