Redcurrant Sorbet

Yields 1 litre of sorbet. Preparation time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of redcurrants
  • 250 g of icing sugar

Method

  1. Wash and remove the stalks from the redcurrants.
  2. Crush and pass the redcurrants through a sieve.
  3. Thoroughly mix in the icing sugar
