Glühwein

Cooking time: less than 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 litre inexpensive red wine
  • 75g sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp whole cloves
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • juice of 1 orange

Method

  1. Pour wine into a saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Heat until nearly boiling.
  3. Serve warm.
