Strawberry Smoothie

Serves 2 - 4. Preparation time: 10 min.


  • 500 g plump strawberries
  • 1.5 l milk - chilled


  1. Place the strawberries into a sieve and rinse under running tap water without removing the stalks.
  2. Leave to dry naturally or pat dry with kitchen paper, then remove the stalks and put them in a blender for a couple of mins until you get a pulpy mixture.
  3. Now depending on whether you like pips or not — either pass this mixture through a sieve to remove them or throw caution to the wind and let them stay!
  4. Add the milk and the strawberry mixture together and blend.
  5. Pour into glasses.
