Puree of Celeriac and Potatoes

Serves 4-6 people. Cooking Time 40 min.


  • 2 celeriac
  • 600g of potatoes
  • 70 g butter
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 dsp flour
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Peel and chop the potatoes and celeriac
  2. Place in a pan and pour in the milk until covered.
  3. Cook over a gentle heat until soft, drain and add the butter , smash with a potato masher then add a little of the milk mix, until you have a soft creamy puree
