For 2 people.
- 1 large bulb of fennel
- 2 far cloves of garlic — sliced finely.
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Olive oil
- Pre heat the oven to 180C.
- Finely slice the fennel and lay on a baking sheet, scatter over the garlic, rosemary and pour of some oil — don't drown it
- Roast for about 40 min until browned
