Asparagus with Parma ham & Parmesan shavings

For 2 people. Cooking time: 10 min.


  • 12 asparagus spears
  • 6 slices of Parma ham
  • Olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and gently steam the Asparagus — don't over cook- and remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  2. On your serving dish arrange the parma ham and then the asparagus spears pour a light amount of oil over everything and grind the pepper over it, finish by shaving the parmesan over it.
