Panfried Lemon Sole

For 2 people. Cooking time: 10 min


  • 25 g melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sole fillets
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon


  1. Season the sole fillets on both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Melt the butter with the oil in a frying pan and when hot add the fish.
  3. Pan fry the fish until cooked — this will only take a few minutes and remove from the heat.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
