Roasted Bramley apple and pears with honey infused with truffles


  • 1 large Bramley apple
  • 2 pears
  • 2 tbs honey infused with truffle oil
  • 4 tbs water


  1. Pre heat oven to 180.
  2. Slice and core the apples and pears to a thickness of about 2cm.
  3. Place the fruit into an oven dish and add the water.
  4. Pour over the honey and place in the oven.
  5. Check after about 20 mins, you may need to add a little more water.
  6. The apples and pears should be lovely and golden and slightly puffy.
