- 55g brown sugar
- 1 little water
- 2 vanilla pod
- 55g butter
- 6 plums stoned and halved
- Double or ice cream
- Place the plums into pan pour over a little water about 2cms
- Sprinkle over the sugar, butter and vanilla pods.
- Heat until the plums are beginning to break up and the sauce is turning thick and golden.
- Serve the caramelised plums with cream or ice cream.
